  • SAP B1 GST Connector plays a significant role in finding error data and then forwarding to the GSTN. So, Log directly to the GSTN Portal, or else you can use the GSP to connect with GSTN.

  • Click on SAP Business One Client, and Run as Administrator. Your SAP B1-GSTR Dashboard will be the popup. The window will provide GSTIN, Location, No of Invoices, Total Tax, Approve Date and Upload Date.

  • Select the GSTR1 from GSTR menu from the drop-down list and generate the data by entering GSTN No.

  • The report will be generated automatically, and then you can send to the authorized user for approval of the data.

  • Note: You can check the authorization from the setting panel. Only authorized users can approve the data.

  • After Approval by the administrator, a view is generated, and then you can upload files to the GSP (Iris) for SAP B1.

  • You can view the log records by clicking on ‘Log Data.' Besides this, you can use the filter options to search individual data.

  • Check status on GSP after you upload the data file. Make sure you have registered IRIS for GSTN and have purchased the license.
